Well i started with Stevenage fc. you just have to buy youngster and a year after sell them for a better player. that's the key to you succes. buying cheap and selling. There is tho this RWB from brazil called Apodi. he is the fastest defender around, at the start of the game he is 69 he gets to 80 in 4 years time if you play him. great wingback with him you dont even need a good right winger he takes the whole rightside of the field on his own. great long range shooter as well. there is also this leftwinger in second devision in germany called Naki he is pretty skillful and handy.
