Rap Music and R'n'B. Two whole genres that piss me off
-
I hate it when my game freezes and the last time I saved was over an hour ago.

For me, the 80's was the ultimate era for rock and it has never been matched since. The quality of bands around at that time is unrivalled. For me personally, I was only born in 88 but my favourite bands (and they remain so to this day) of the 80's were Metallica, Megadeth and Black Sabbaths Heaven and Hell era under Ronnie James Dio. I also love a bit of Aerosmith, my highlights would probably be Sweet Emotion, Deuces are Wild, Blind Man and Hole in my Soul. I have to be in the right mood to listen to Van Halen. Do you prefer Sammy Hagar or DLR? I also love Scorpions who had some great songs during the 80's

I prefer Take it on the Run by REO. Still Loving You by Scorpions also rocks
-
Without a doubt Queen. Imo they are bigger than the other three put together. But like Bruno said, it depends on what music you're taking about. If you are talking rock/metal music then Metallica have influenced so many different bands since their introduction in the 80's. Aerosmith too

Deep stuff

Cast wise, there were definitely a few surprises for me along the way. Really wanna see it again.

Few posts back mate. It's awesome. Highly recommend it.
-
Cool . I might catch that myself then.
-
PSN is full of glitches mate. It's probably a fault on their end
-
I may get it when it comes out on DVD. Tbh it did look like a really grim and depressing film but sometimes I enjoy them
-
I was going to go and see that myself but I was too late and they had stopped showing it. It looked like it had a good cast but did the story let it down?
-
Exactly. It's full of amazing action and yet makes you think at the same time. You end up asking yourself so many questions that you just want to see it again. Like Shutter Island, the ending was great. Kinda leaving the audience to decide the outcome . I was just waiting for the spinner to fall at the end but it never did. Cilian Murphy was great and I didn't know Pete Posslethwaite had a cameo too.

Inception 9.5/10 Best film I've seen since Shutter Island. Once you get your head around the concept, it's a great watch. I recommend it

I have seen many videos of this game and have played the demo. The graphics are fantastic and supposedly the story is gripping but the controls are weird and the two demo levels were and kinda dull. I am pondering whether to get this or Red Dead Redemption which looks really good. Kinda like GTA in the old west. Rockstar have a good record What do you reckon? :hmm: Heres Red Dead btw

Hey guys Are there any fans of CSI:Miami on here. I'm a bit behind the times and have only just hooked on it. I have started to watch it from the start over the last 3 weeks and am mid Season 3 atm. I love it. I have always wanted to get into a CSI and Miami seemed like the best location and I haven't been disappointed so far. Really great series with great characters and stories. Horatio Caine is the essence of cool. The whole putting on his sunglasses is a bit tongue in cheek after a while but he pulls it off.
-
Have you seen CSI and CSI New York. If so how would you compare them to Miami?
-
What is actually so good about it. I decided not to get it in the end. It seems like such a dark game. Are there any levels set in daylight?
-
Just completed the main story. Really cool ending I thought. Unexpected to say the least. Overall I love player and am still very much occupied. At the moment I am working through the Sharpshooter and Master Hunter challenges which are fun. After I've done all that I have multiplayer to look forward to. You get so much from this game.

Sorry my bad. I'm actually halfway through the 2nd season rather than the third. The episode I'm on about is Season 2 Episode 14: Slow Burn I have just watched the episode where an armoured truck is hijacked but the money the thieves take has already been switched for counterfeit money. I have to say that even though I haven't seen that many episodes yet. I haven't seen a bad one
-
I haven't got that far yet. The last episode I watched was with the forest fires. Eric and Alex nearly get fried at the beginning.
-
The Untouchables 9.0/10 The Hunted 7.9/10 Both good films. Really enjoyed Kevin Costner in the first Looking forward to Inception which is released next month. With both Chris Nolan and Leo DiCaprio in such good form, it should be worth a watch.

In the cinema I can imagine it being quite gripping. Sitting in the dark. Surround sound, it would have a much better effect. But like I say I haven't seen it. I'll always remember Deep Blue Sea for Jacksons really random and out of the blue death. You just don't expect it. Am going to see Brooklyns Finest this week. Similar film to Training Day and has a decent cast Ethan Hawke Don Cheadle Wesley Snipes Richard Gere Hopefully it should be good. I will report back my thoughts

Haven't seen it so I can't really judge it but isn't it just a shaky camera throughout the film whilst New York gets attacked by a monster? Am watching Deep Blue Sea atm which is kinda poor but it's got Samuel L Jackson in so its somewhat bearable
