Had a double session at the gym today (strength and cardio) followed by a session of badminton. If anyone wants tips on how to become a physical machine then just drop me a PM

@Ben I only do about 5hrs a on the bike and 4hrs on heavy bags a week plus do some sparring when I can. I use to run but found it really boring. I try to keep the cardio to a bare minimum don't really want to lose any muscle. But I can see why people would enjoy it I prefer doing strenght work peronally.
