Upgrade Incoming

Within the next 24-48 hours, SoccerShouts will be going offline for a short time while we upgrade the board software. This is a major upgrade, so expect to see occasional error messages while the update completes. This is the first major update to the forum software since SoccerShouts was started, so I don't have an expected time of completion, but 2-3 hours of downtime may be possible.

 

Some features will be returning but not immediately available once the update completes. Others will not be making a return. So keep an eye on the Announcements forum. I will be posting a longer writeup on changes by the time the update goes live.

Also other than the login with old username change, any data or post loss?

We lost about 24 hours worth of posts. The upgrade did not go flawlessly and took a lot of involvement from the forum developers staff to get it working properly.
